Hearts In Love

Hearts are always the symbol of Valentine's Day!
Let's enter the dining room and what's waiting for us.
The white tablecloth is the back drop for the Valentine celebration!
Centered in the middle of the table is a bear wearing a red sweater.
Add to the bears were two
red and white
stripe bows.

Two red glitter hearts with Love letters crown the shiny red roses in the red vase balancing each end of the table.
Each end of the table is lighted by a red mercury heart shape votive holder.
The best part of this tablescape was finding these two red and white striped  teapots placed down the middle of the table.
A cup and saucer is added to the display with pretty gold trim.
The crystal creamer and sugar bowl is placed on its own tray.
Beginning the place setting is the red heart quilted and scalloped place mat with the coordinating runner.

The red handled flatware is dressed with a fancy cuff.
The red glass charger creates a red and then white layer.
Now I add a white dinner and salad plate onto the red charger.
The top of the stack is found a red bowl with an XOXO symbol of hugs and kisses.
A red soup spoon will be used as a dessert spoon for a vanilla sundae with strawberry topping.
Here you can sit and enjoy your self.
The top right hand corner has your beverages.
Your white napkin is tied with a red and white polka dot bow.
A gift for each person is the red petals heart shape plant.
The bright red goblet top on a clear crystal stem will be used to serve water.
A lovely tea caddy is perfect for this time of year.

Each person has a red and white stripe individual teapot and cup and saucer.
The saucer holds a heart shape tiny teaspoon.
The white Mother Bear sits at the far end of the table in an arm chair.
She is wearing an apron which coordinates with the other linens.
Daddy Bear presides over the head of the table and is very dapper in his red bow tie.
Hope you can share Valentine's Day with loved ones and friends.

Have a Happy Valentine's Day!

Your tablescape is by far the prettiest and best planned that I have seen. It's truly adorable. I think the teapot and cups are amazing, and I must say I'm jealous. I really don't have Valentine tableware and it's only recently that I have even begun to do much to celebrate the day. I love Texas! I was married in Dallas (to a native)

Thank you for having visited my blog, The Starfish Studio.

Kindly, Dana

Wow, Pam - what a gorgeous Valentine tea setting!I think your red and white striped pot and cup just totally made the table! What a find! I perused your January and December tablescapes, too and just want you to know I am available to invites anytime - even though Texas is so very far from South Jersey. In the middle of a nasty nor-easter just now so your Texas weather is even more inviting. Looking forward to what you have to share for March when you get your green on!
Joy!

What a fabulous and fun tablescape -- I'd love to be at that party! The red and white striped teapots are soo cute. The details are amazing -- the bows on the bears, the heart shaped spoon and Mama Bear's apron that matches the placements. Cheerful and fun -- just what is needed to make the heart sing on a cold snowy day far from Texas! Thanks for sharing.
